Good questions kerestina well... 1. the first angel mentioned in the bible is Jophiel who is one of the cherubim. 2. im not sure but i think it might have been 2 leaders of the asyrian empire or something liek that.
wouldn't the first angel mentioned in the bible be lucifer or satan before he became that? And then if it's not that then my guess would be Archangel Micheal because Joshua saw him, and Joshua came pretty early in the bible.
