2nd: Watos Exposition

The twelve Apostles were in Jerusalem waiting for the power which the Lord would send them. It happened that on the Day of Pentecost the Holy Spirit the comforter descended on the Apostles and they spoke in the languages of the heavenly inhabitants and with the voice of angels professing Christ and the glory of His resurrection.

So the Holy Spirit the Comforter, the Spirit of truth who proceeds from the Father descended on the Apostles and they performed great miracles and powers amidst the people, witnessing to them with great proofs that the Lord Jesus rose from the dead. Praise be to God forever.
