You crowned the year (كللت السنة بجودك)
R- Thy goodness fills the universe,
كللت السنة بجودك وأثارك تقطر دسماً
And crowns the year with perfect peace.
كل القلب يشيد بحمدك وتهلل نفسي ترنماً
The heart sings out in thankfulness,
1- لك ينبغي التسبيح يا مخلصي المسيح
And sends up a Psalm of praise.
ولك تهدي القلوب حبها الحق الصحيح
1- Blessed is he who chooses
ونغني لاسمك ونذيع برك
The threshold of Thy dwellings,
ونعلي مجدك وسط ذا الكون الفسيح
There he sits and nourishes
2- طوبي للذي تختار كي ما يسكن الديار
On the pure food: Thy presence.
حيث ترتوي النفوس من ينابيع غزار
Hymns of exultation, for the sacred salvation
يا رجاء البائسين يا عزاء البائسين
Prayers and meditation fill Thy holy tabernacles.
يا منجي الساقطين من مهالك الشقاء
2- Unto Thee due all glory,
3- يا مهدي البحور حينما الموج يثور
Lord of love and of mercy.
فتخاف الأرض من آية الرب الجسور
With the angels we adore:
يا مثبت الجبال بقواك ذا الجلال
Holy, Holy, Holy.
يا محقق الأمال حينما القلب يخور
Singing for Your holy Name, proclaiming Your fame,
4- تقطر المراعي من الآكام تفرحن
Saying over and again: Blessed be the Most Holy.
والمروج تكتسي خيرك وتهتفن
3- At Thy command the tempest calms,
تخضع الشعوب لك أيها الرب الملك
Hills, rivers and mountains,
والأراضي والفلك تهتفن تسبحن
Valleys, trees and palms
Sing Thy praise O Most Awesome !!
The waves listen to You, lakes 'n rivers worship You,
Thine is all the glory due, my Good Lord in Thy kingdom.
