O God who created man with His own hands, and gave him a woman for his help and strength. Now, O our Master, be with the bridegroom (…) and his helpmate (…). Join them through the pledge of companionship and grant them a sign of their unity that they may be united in one mind with love, and say to them: “My peace I give you both. My peace I leave with you.” For You are the peace of us all; and unto You we send up the glory, the honor, with Your only-begotten Son and the Holy Spirit, now and at all times and unto the age of all ages. Amen.

يا الله الذي جبل الإنسان بيديه وحده وأعطاه المرأة عوناً وقوة له، أنت أيضاً الآن يا سيدنا كُن وسيطاً لهذين العروسين، (...) ومعينته (...). صِلْهما بعربون الشركة، وأعطهما علامة إتصالهما، ليكونا بألفة واحدة برباط المحبة، اذ تقول لهما: "سلامي أعطيه لكما. سلامي أنا أتركه معكما." فأنت سلامنا جميعاً. ونرسل لك إلى فوق المجد والكرامة مع إبنك الوحيد والروح القدس المحيي، الآن وكل أوان وإلى دهر الدهور. آمين.
