John has witnessed, in the four Gospels, saying I have baptized my Savior, in the waters of the Jordan.
Ⲁϥⲉⲣⲙⲉⲑⲣⲉ ⲛ̀ϫⲉ Ⲓⲱⲁⲛⲛⲏⲥ: ϧⲉⲛ ⲡⲓϥ̀ⲧⲟⲟⲩ ⲛ̀ⲉ̀ⲩⲁ̀ⲅⲅⲉⲗⲓⲟⲛ: ϫⲉ ⲁⲓϯⲱⲙⲥ ⲙ̀Ⲡⲁⲥⲱⲧⲏⲣ: ϧⲉⲛ ⲛⲓⲙⲱⲟⲩ ⲛ̀ⲧⲉ ⲡⲓⲒⲟⲣⲇⲁⲛⲏⲥ.
شهد يوحنا فى الأناجيل الأربع أنى عمدت مخلصى فى مياه الاردن.

+ Ⲁⲓⲛⲁⲩ ⲉ̀ⲡⲓⲠ̀ⲛⲉⲩⲙⲁ ⲉ̅ⲑ̅ⲩ̅: ⲉⲧⲁϥⲓ̀ ⲉⲡⲉⲥⲏⲧ ⲉ̀ⲃⲟⲗϧⲉⲛ ⲧ̀ⲫⲉ: ⲁⲓⲥⲱⲧⲉⲙ ⲉ̀ⲧ̀ⲥ̀ⲙⲏ ⲛ̀ⲧⲉ Ⲫ̀ⲓⲱⲧ: ⲉⲥⲱϣ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ ⲉⲥϫⲱ ⲙ̀ⲙⲟⲥ.
ونظرت الروح القدس عندما نزل من السماء. وسمعت صوت الآب صارخا قائلا.
"This is My beloved Son, with whom My soul is well pleased, He does My will hear Him, for He is the life Giver."
Ϫⲉ ⲫⲁⲓ ⲡⲉ Ⲡⲁϣⲏⲣⲓ ⲡⲁⲙⲉⲛⲣⲓⲧ: ⲉ̀ⲧⲁ ⲧⲁⲯⲩⲭⲏ ϯⲙⲁϯ ⲛ̀ϧⲏⲧϥ: ⲁϥⲉⲣ ⲡⲁⲟⲩⲱϣ ⲥⲱⲧⲉⲙ ⲛ̀ⲥⲱϥ: ϫⲉ ⲛ̀ⲑⲟϥ ⲡⲉ ⲡⲓⲣⲉϥⲧⲁⲛϧⲟ.
هذا هو ابنى حبيبى الذى سرت به نفسى وصنع مشيئتى. إسمعوا له لأنه هو المحيى.
+ Intercede on our behalf, O forerunner and baptizer, John the Baptist, that He may forgive us our sins.
+ Ⲁⲣⲓⲡ̀ⲣⲉⲥⲃⲉⲩⲓⲛ ⲉ̀ϩ̀ⲣⲏⲓ ⲉ̀ϫⲱⲛ: ⲱ̀ ⲡⲓⲡ̀ⲣⲟⲇⲣⲟⲙⲟⲥ ⲙ̀ⲃⲁⲡⲧⲓⲥⲧⲏⲥ: Ⲓⲱⲁⲛⲛⲏⲥ ⲡⲓⲣⲉϥϯⲱⲙⲥ: ⲛ̀ⲧⲉϥⲭⲁ ⲛⲉⲛⲛⲟⲃⲓ ⲛⲁⲛ ⲉⲃⲟⲗ.
اشفع فينا أمام الرب أيها السابق الصابغ يوحنا المعمدان ليغفر خطايانا.
