Truly, O honored priest of the God the Most High, you have received a high degree and much grace to teach the flock of Jesus Christ the words of life as our lords and fathers the pure Apostles. For you have accepted the holy breath and became a teacher and a guide for the salvation of souls. Therefore we praise you saying:
بالحقيقة يا أبونا المكرم كاهن الله العلى قد نلت هذه النعمة العظيمة والدرجة العالية لتعليم القطيع الذى ليسوع المسيح أقوال الحياة مثل آبائنا ووسادتنا الرسل الأطهار. لأنك قبلت النفخة المقدسة وصرت معلماً ومرشداً لخلاص النفوس. لذلك نمدحك قائلين:
Worth, worthy, worthy, O our father (...) the priest.
مستحق مستحق مستحق، يا أبونا القس (...).
The rank of Aaron, Zachariah and Simeon, the priests of old, truly this elevated priesthood is better and greater, for those fathers of old offered sacrifices of flesh which do not benefit the eternal life and the heavenly king. That which you and other priests have been entrusted with, the angels cannot see, as our Lord, glory be to Him, said in His Holy Gospel: "Many prophets and kings have desired to see what you see, and have not seen it, and to hear what you hear, and have not heard it." "But blessed are your eyes for they see, and your ears for they hear" (Luke 10:24, Matt 13:16).
رتبة هرون وزكريا وسمعان كهنة العتيقة، حقاً إن هذا الكهنوت المرتفع أفضل وأعظم لأن هؤلاء الأباء الكهنة كانت ذبائحهم لحمية إنما لا تفيد الحياة الأبدية والملك السماوى، لأن الذي أؤتمنت عليه أنت وأمثالك الكهنة، لا تستطيع الملائكة النظر إليه كما قال السيد له المجد في إنجيله الطاهر: "إن أنبياء كثيرين إشتهوا أن ينظروا ما نظرتم فلم ينظروا، أن يسمعوا ما سمعتم فلم يسمعوا." "أما أنتم فطوبى لأعينكم لأنها أبصرت ولأذانكم لأنها قد سمعت" (متَّى 17:13، لوقا 24:10).

مستحق مستحق مستحق، يا أبونا القس (...).
Joy has come today to the children of this house and the orthodox people who are gathered in it for the sake of your pure priesthood that offers prayers and supplications for the forgiveness of the people´s sins. Truly, highly elevated is your rank to our Master the Christ who chose you for his Sanctuary´s service and entrusted you over his pure Body and honored Blood. Therefore we praise you and cry out saying:
فرح قد صار اليوم لأبناء هذه البيعة والشعب الأرثوذكسي المجتمع بها لأجل كهنوتك الطاهر الذي يقدم الصلوات والطلبات عن غفران خطايا الشعب. بالحقيقة عظيمة هي درجتك الرفيعة عند السيد المسيح الذي إختارك لخدمة هيكله الطاهر وأئتمنك على جسده الطاهر ودمه الكريم من أجل هذا نطوبك ونصرخ قائلين:
Worth, worthy, worthy, O our father (...) the priest.
مستحق مستحق مستحق، يا أبونا القس (...).
We praise you with the pure Apostles saying: "And no man takes this honor to himself, but he who is called by God, Just as Aaron was." You have become a partner to Saint Peter the apostle, for he said in his letter: "The priests who are among you I exhort, I who am a fellow priest and a witness of the sufferings of Christ, and also a partaker of the glory that will be revealed: Shepherd the flock of God which is among you, serving as overseers, not by compulsion but willingly, not for dishonest gain but eagerly; nor as being lords over those entrusted to you, but being examples to the flock; and when the Chief Shepherd appears, you will receive the crown of glory that does not fade away" (1 Peter 5:1-4). You, beloved of Christ, do not raise yourself higher than the people of God, but remain in perfect love for them. Acquire humility, for arrogance is abhorred before God. And follow the saying of the Lord in His Holy Gospel: "But whoever desires to become great among you shall be your servant" (Mark 10:43-44). And as Saint Paul said: "For those who have served well as deacons obtain for themselves a good standing and great boldness in the faith which is in Christ Jesus" (1 Timothy 3:13). And be extremely cautious when administering the divine Mysteries. And do not grant them to anyone except those who are worthy of Them. Otherwise, if you are careless and grant Them to those who do not deserve them, you will be judged severely for your negligence, for the punishment of negligent priests is not little. And abide in purity without which no one can see God! If you fulfill this, you will be worthy to hear the wonderful voice saying: "Well done, good and faithful servant you were faithful over a few things, I will make you ruler over many things. Enter into the joy of your lord" (Matthew 25:21). May God of glory support, sustain and raise you. And may He preserve us through your prayers and through the intercessions of the pure Virgin, the Mother of the Light, and the prayers of all the heavenly hosts, the twenty four luminous priests, the great martyr Saint Mark the apostle, and all the martyrs and saints and the prayers of all those who please the Lord. Amen.
نمدحك مع الرسل الأطهار قائلين: "ليس أحد ينال الكرامة لنفسه إلا مَنْ دعاه الله كما دعى هرون." صرت شريكاً للقديس بطرس الرسول لأنه قال فى رسالته: "أما القسوس الذين بينكم فإني أعظهم أنا القس مثلهم، ومَنْ له نصيب في المجد عند تجليه. إرعوا قطيع الله الذي وُكِّل إليكم وأحرسوه طوعاً لا كرهاً كما يريد الله. لا رغبة في مكسب قبيح بل بنشاط ولا تتسلطوا على الذين هم في رعيتكم بل كونوا قُدوة للقطيع ومتى ظهر رئيس الرعاة تنالون إكليل المجد الذي لا يبلى" (1 بطرس 1:5-4). فأنت يا حبيب المسيح لا ترفع نفسك على شعب الله، بل لازم المحبة الكاملة لشعب الله. وإقتني التواضع فإن التعظُّم مرزول أمام الله. واتبع قول الرب في إنجيله المقدس حيث قال: "مَنْ كان فيكم كبيراً فليكن خادماً وعبداً للجميع" (مرقس43:10-44). وقال بولس الرسول معلم البيعة "فإن الذين يحسنون الخدمة ينالون منزلة رفيعة وجرأة عظيمة في الإيمان بالمسيح يسوع" (1 تيموثاوس 13:3). واحترس غاية الإحتراس على توزيع الأسرار الإلهية ولا تعطيها إلا لمَنْ تتحقق أنه أهلاً لها، لئلا إذا تهاونت وناولتها لمَنْ لا يستحق، تصير مداناً بتهاونك أعظم دينونة، لأن عقوبة ذلك مع الكهنة المتهاونين ليست بصغيرة. وألزم الطهارة التي لا يعاين أحد الرب بدونها. فإن أكملت ذلك تكون مستحقاً لسماع الصوت البهيْ القائل: "طوباك أيها العبد الصالح والآمين. كنت آميناً في القليل فأقيمك على الكثير. أدخل إلى فرح سيدك" (متَّى 21:25). وإله المجد يعضدك ويساعدك ويرفعك ويحفظنا بصلواتك بشفاعة العذراء الطاهرة أم النور البتول الذكية، وجميع الطغمات السمائية والأربعة والعشرين قسيساً النورانيين والشهيد العظيم مارمرقس الرسول وكافة الشهداء وصلوات جميع من يرضى الرب. آمين.
