hi every1 the peace and grace of jesus christ the saviour be with you all

i am asking if you can help me finding articles about the resurrection fast and how to get ready for it

also any articles about why we fast
how we fast
and facts about fasting

and i wish that i can find those suitable to be taught in sunday school
also i need this asap!!! plz it's for next weekend!!!

and if any of you have any ideas about how can these things be taught plz post 'em or email, pm me

I forgot to ask you, what is the age group of your Sunday school children? Because the previous two reference may be too hard on young age group.

i know it's not logical but we had to do this bcoz they r only 5 children!
