Favorite Lent Hymn: [coptic]Megalou[/coptic] because it enforces in us that we must suffer as Christ suffered (Paschal Tune).
Favorite Pascha Hymn: [coptic]Pek`;ronoc[/coptic] because even though it is said on the Twelfth Hour of Good Friday, it also reminds us that God's kingdom will always exist (kind of like how on Maundy Thursday we say [coptic]I=y=c P=,=c `ncaf nem voou...[/coptic]).
I love all coptic hymns, however, in the case of great lent, i am very partial to Meghalou and Onishty emmisterion
My favorite pascha hymn would DEFINTELY be pekethronos, not only because the tune is the most beautiful tune i have ever heard, but also that the words to this hymn have a very beautiful meaning which can easily be contemplating on while chanting such a majestic hymn.
