Osavtos - Aripsalin

edited June 2009 in Hymns Discussion
Hi,

You know the end of Aripsalin: the last verse is Ossavtos Pekfok pe-etpockhos sarkis ari-etf efoi nenokhos, esagi nem nai hos metokhos, hos erof ariho-otchasf.

(I think there may be a typo there in the Coptic, as I don't have my Psalmody) - but, do you know the alternative to this? Apparently there's a generic verse which you can use instead of focusing on one person (i.e. Sarkis).

Do you know where I can get the lyrics for that?

Thanks

I have never heard a verse that replaces this. i heard about Aba Youssef replacing his name instead of Hegumen Sarkees, but i guess that was what he was taught and i think his grace would happily confirm this.
BUT, you will never find a valid book that have a full differnt part.
