Need help converting into mp3

Okay, so there is a video on a site that I'd really like to have an mp3 of (audio only). Only, I don't know how to do it--so maybe someone here can help me please:

Thanks so much! But the sound isn't that claer-- the voice is, but there is a fuzzy background noise. Is there a way to get rid of this?
