i need help. i have always had a problem with porn. but lately this week its been really bad

does anyone have any advice to stop his addiction

    Something I used and now Im free of this sin with the grace and strength of Jesus.
    Get a pic on the wall, in front of you, of a saint or Jesus. The picture should be put above your PC's screen (or TV). Moreover, when Satan fights you to watch, keep singing a favorite hymn. (Don't stop till you get off this situation and try going in another place)

    Hope I helped. May Jesus gives you the strength to overcome it.

    also whenever you feel the stuggle to sin, make the sign of the cross, play hymns ALWAYS while using your computer, and remember a good verse like Micah 7:8 - "Do not rejoice over me, my enemy; When I fall, I will arise; When I sit in darkness, The LORD will be a light to me." AND ALWAYS PRAY!!!

    I like the picture idea, my FOC recommended taht for impure thoughts as well...

    Also something else to help..."But we have the mind of Christ" (1 Corinthians 2:16)
    If you keep that verse in your head, even if a bad thought/image comes, you can say the verse (and think of the nice picture you choose), and God bless you and strengthen you :)

    I know my father of confession told me to pray and read the Bible constantly. In doing this you take your mind off of these impurities.

    i once had a problem similar to yours and the saint thing worked for me. another idea is when you feel the urge go straight to to another site that will take your mind off of things, such as this one, which is a double benefit because it also puts your mind on god!! :) however, if you are just not in the tasbeha.org/ similar sites mood, you can go somewhere like addictinggames.com or andyslife.org, those can keep you busy for hours :)
