wow......my dad and most of the other people in my church do it differntly.....
when do you leave the dough for the yeast to make it take it's shape?!

8 cups of water (put two tablespoons of yeast in there and mix)
22 cups of flour
Mix. Knead Dough. Put in oven for about 15-20 on 450 degrees (might need to constantly repoke the holes in the orban so that it doesn't crack)
