  The text is the same. St. Basil does not have it at all, if its said during that liturgy its a mix between St Gregory's and St. Cyril's Liturgy response. This is not truly a part of the liturgy but has been adopted. The difference in tunes between St Gregory's and Cyril's Liturgy is St Cyril's tune is known as the alexandrian way of singing it. Its shorter.

  I think it is the same liturgy.
  The first one is what the priest says
  and the second one is what the congregation says.
  I don't know what Liturgy it is though.
