I'm not sure if this is an indirect Eucharistic reference, but consider Ezekiel Chapter 3: "Moreover He said to me, 'Son of man, eat what you find; eat this scroll, and go, speak to the house of Israel.' So I opened my mouth, and He caused me to eat that scroll. And He said to me, 'Son of man, feed your belly, and fill your stomach with this scroll that I give you.' So I ate, and it was in my mouth like honey in sweetness. Then He said to me: 'Son of man, go to the house of Israel and speak with My words to them.'"
So it seems that Ezekiel literally ate the Word of God, and in the Eucharist we partake of the incarnate Word of God.

Exodus 12 is about the passover Lamb. How the angel of death would pass over any house with the blood of the Lamb on it. This is a direct relation to the eucharist because Christ said that unless you eat of His body and drink of His blood, you have no life in you.
