In the heritage site, it says that we pray the 3rd and 6th hours of agpeya on this feast. Is this correct? If so, why is it only this major feast?

It is not only this major feast but also Annunciation, Ascension and Pentecost. Only the Nativity, Theophany and Resurrection do not have the agpeya service as they have a paramoun service beforehand.

Note that in Pentecost it is also different... We read the third hour until the gospel. The litanies are prayed after the Acts of the Apostles
