There is nothing you can say or nothing you have done that has not been done and confessed at least a dozen times before to every single priest in the world. You will not tell him nothing new that will shock your priest. Feelings of embarrassment and guilt are the consequences of sin and the tools of the devil. The only way to break the burden of sin is to confess. Once this happens you will feel the incredible liberation from sin that comes through God's mercy.
