Will the Coptic Church cease to exist in Egypt?

The plight of Copts in Egypt has been getting worse. From bombings to vandalism to violence, many Copts feel evermore threatened. Due to 2000 years of persecution, Egypt has gone from a Coptic nation to a nation where Copts are second class citizens. If this trend continues, will all the Copts be forcefully exiled from our motherland?


ps:I hope we Copts will grow ever stronger and achieve more rights in Egypt.

    We have always been persecuted since the beginning of our history whether by the romans, Byzantines, Arabs, Turks. We have stayed strong and will continue to stay strong. And also I say to you peter I shall build my church and the gates of hades shall not prevail against it Matthew 16:18

    No. The Coptic church should grow stronger. I'm very very proud to mention I'm Coptic. Everyone I know loves our history, our sufferings , our story.

    Islam has really made the Coptic church shine.
