  Also, if it possible for anyone to help, i am looking for a audio version in English and it is proving difficult to find! any help or direction is appreciated.

  You will find it in the book of lamentations, chap 3, from 1 to 66.

  For the tune of the prophecy, there is no set way for it. Many priests says it in verious tunes. Muallem Tawfik before he departed, he said that there is no set tune for it since it wasn't that femous.
  My favorite though is Fr. Mattias one which can be heard here (Click on the link).

  Minagir is right, i have heard the Lamentations of Jeremiah in at least 5 or 6 different ways. there really is no consistent version. I personally love this version and it is in English and Arabic. Here it is:
