  I think it means without doubts, without second thoughts, just 100% trust.
  Believing it all without having things you're unsure about...

  faith is just a faith, you dont seek for proof of scientists to believe in something...you just believe, so you trust in something without doubts, without questioning it ( reservation, beeing reserved, not sure about something ).
  thats how i understand it.
