Holy 50 Tawaf

Regarding the Holy 50 Tawaf "MarefTonf enje Efnouti" is this trailer only reserved for matins or is it to be chanted during any service throughout the Holy 50? A very reliable source told me that from what he knows it's reserved only for matins. If anyone could shed some light please:)

I think the answer for all this is to learn that "Marou[acf" is a tawaf that is said in the presenence of a bishop.

I know that Marochasf is a tawaf for the bishop I just wasn't sure it followed the same rules as the annual tawaf
