I believe we do that in Arabic at the Monastery. I'll ask the other Deacon who speaks and reads Arabic. They don't have any translations in English or Coptic, so I'll check with him.
I have transcribed the text but there were a couple of words that I wasn't sure of so wrote them in red. Maybe someone here more knowledgable can proof the text.
I think Abba Parsoma, Ephrem, and Maruta are all Syriac figures (or probably just Ephrem and Maruta), which is why the Coptic says ⲛⲓⲥⲩⲣⲟⲥ. In Fr Abd Al-Massih Salib Al-Mas'oudy Al-Baramousy's 1902 euchologion, where this can be found in, has it written as Ⲛⲉⲙ ⲡⲉⲛⲓⲱⲧ ⲁⲃⲃⲁ Ⲡⲁⲣⲥⲱⲙⲁ ⲛⲉⲙ Ⲉⲫⲣⲉⲙ ⲛⲉⲙ Ⲙⲁⲣⲟⲩⲑⲁ ⲛⲓⲥⲩⲣⲟⲥ: all as one without any dividers/colons. I’m not sure, though, if he is using colons as dividers for the tune or for the names/grammar.
