Healthy Relief

Many times, after a long and stressful day at work, I like to come home and watch comedic tv shows since laughter seems to relief the stress.  But often times these shows contain inappropriate content.  Do you guys have any suggestions for pure alternative ways of  dealing with the stress of everyday life?

  • me personally i play a game or talk to my friends a bit, that makes me feel better, but there are some good shows out there like the old i love lucy show, its really funny too. yeh, but yeh, cya
  • I usually find something good to watch on youtube, or listen to some music or alhan. I have stopped playing games since school is getting harder too. I always go and chat with friends and to top it off I study and work in a peaceful non-stressful way.
