Syriac Catholic, Coptic Catholic, St Dioscorus and St Severus

Does anyone know if the Syriac Catholic Church views St Dioscorus as a saint? What about St Severus? What about individuals within the Syrian Catholic Church? Do they view St Dioscorus and St Severus as saints?

Does anyone know if the Coptic Catholic Church views St Dioscorus as a saint? What about St Severus? What about individuals within the Coptic Catholic Church? Do they view St Dioscorus and St Severus as saints?

    Who knows what individuals might think. But the catholic churches do not venerate St Dioscorus or St Severus.

    Actually I know one Catholic priest and university lecturer who describes St Dioscorus as a new Athanasius in regard to how he stood alone against the forces ranged against him.
