I heard that the tune of the St. Cyril's liturgy is lost and all the recording of St. Cyril's liturgies that we have now is just a trkeb from the St. Gregory's and St. Basil's liturgy. Is that true?
we only ahve 3 hymns that are actually accurate from ST.Cyril. they are: Nenioti nem nenesnio.. the long commemoration Okoti Je anon.. enana ya sayedna Owoh Nai Nem.. the tarheem
The rest according to abouna mettias nasr mankarious, has been metrakib... some of it however is very common.. such as je nai nan and peklaos ghar. the gregorian and the cyrilian are very similar in the tune for that and im sure the same for the litanies
