Did Pope Shenouda write any books on monasticism? If not are there any books I can read about it? Way of life, how to know it's your path, expectations etc. Thanks

John Cassian's Conferences is a great book!

It seems there are more movies with English subtitles about monasticism - I love those  :D. We have to wait for the books to be translated or written.

I don't know if H.H. Pope Shenouda wrote any books but I believe 'Sublimity of Monasticism' by H.G. Anba Mettaous has what you are looking for:
