Why aren't the 7 tunes prayed during all of the major feasts? Why are they only prayed on Christmas, Theophany and Resurrection?

I believe because these are the only first that are prayed at the evening, in which the Matin's prayer is not prayed and the Morning doxology is placed into the raising of incense.
