Rites for Nativity fast

The fast started today and our church has tasbeha Tuesday nights. Are there any changes just during the fast before kiahk like tunes,psalis, and do we change aki?

Nothing changes except the Amen Alleluia response.

do you mean in the end of service hymn?

do we change it to the kiahk response? (the begotten of the Father before all ages)?

we sang something different today, but i could not work out what it was.

you're quite right, that's it.. I agree it's the Kiahk response but people just say it during the whole fast!

Ja ebmawi and Di shoria? Why is there always confusion about this? Some people advise it's bai ba biahow and tai shoria instead.. why is there this discrepancy?
