so I recently got a windows phone and tablet

but to my disappointment there are no good Coptic apps like Coptic reader.

is there a way of getting any of these apps

Not really. You're only option is to put the Coptic Presentations powerpoint from www.stgeorgejc.org on your tablet. I don't think it will work on a Windows phone but I don't have one to test out. I don't think anything else will work
