A bit of a silly question about confession.

At the end of each confession, I always say “and all sins which I may have forgotten”. However, I’ve recently remembered some sins which I didn’t say because I only remembered them now. Do I have to say them next confession or does that phrase mean I already confessed them even though I forgot?
PS: I am not trying to get out of confession or anything like that

Yes, you need to mention them and tell abouna I remembered these sins.
