I know St Paul wrrites that if you take communion unworthily you eat and drink damnation, if that was the case, say someone has taken communion unworthily and they want to repent and decide to repent can they be forgiven or are they forever condemned.

God bless you Emmadas. As long as they they are striving in a life of repentance and confession they are renewed in the grace of God and made worthy through His grace to partake.

So essentially, if someone partook unworthily, they are to live repentance and confession and that person will be renewed to partake of the Holies for the Holy.
