Ok i know this is a very wierd question but does anyone know how to pronounce "James" in arabic. thnkx (like james from the gospel)

    o actually a lot of people get confused on this u see, in arabic "yaa-oob" means jacob, however it also means james, so both james and jacob are translated as the same thing in arabic

    actually, the english name is weird, cause in greek (and also in dutch lol) James is Jakobos and Jacob is Jakob. So where did they come up with the name "James"??

    wow thanks guys...but i never would have thought it would be pronounced yacou3b all i thnk of is jacob not james.......good question hos erof......WHere DID james come from?
