Jesus Christ is not a creation, but the Creator of all things. It was He Who created Adam and Eve.
Of course, He took His humanity from a creature (the Virgin Maria). If that's what you mean (which was greater, the creation of man or the Incarnation of God?) I would say the Incarnation because it is easy for God to create living beings, but for Him to take into Himself the complete nature of a creature, this is something deeper, which far surpasses the creation of the entire universe.
