Hey Guys
I just listened to the psalm response for the Great Lent Days said by Ibrahim ayad on tasbeha.org. So I was asking, are we supposed to say the same psalm response on the Sundays of Great lent as well, or is it only on days of Great lent?
thanks

What Psalm you are exactly talking about?!! The great lent's psalm is being chanted in its annual tune "ouoiny Aphshay".
Thanks

Do we only say this on weekdays?

I want to bring this up again because it wasn't really clearly answered. Ibrahim Ayad clearly has a recording of the Lenten Psalm Response: http://tasbeha.org/media/index.php?st=Hymns/Fasts/Great_Lent/Ibrahim_Ayad/Great_Lent_-_Weekday_Liturgy/07.psalm_response.1026.mp3

it's not really a "psalm response." it's just an Alleluia.

Actually Mina, it is the psalm response, because in the Original Rites, that would be the alleluia in response to the coptic psalm(which isn't chanted as much anymore on a regular basis)
