Blocked Users

I think there is something wrong with the blocking feature on the private messages. I added somebody to that list a few days ago and they are still able to send me messages. Please see what you can do. Thanks.

Are you sure you're typing in their username and not screename? This can be accessed by clicking the screename, which will open the member's profile, and at the top of that profile is their username in black text. This is the name you must enter to block PMs.
