The Agpeya???

Why is it that, starting with Psalm 11, that the Psalms of the Agpeya are numbered 1 behind those of the Holy Bible?  ??? For example Psalm 22 in the Agpeya, "The Lord is my Shepherd, I shall not want..." is Psalm 23 in the Bible and Psalm 50 in the Agpeya "Have mercy on me, O God..." is Psalm 51 in the Bible. Through the grace of God we can hopefully discover why this difference exists. Thank you all!
