Does anyone know the origins of the standard Arabic translation of the Bibile? Was it translated from the English or French - if so, which version?

Is there an older Arabic Bible translated straight from the original Greek?

Yeah, there is. I think abouna said that once during a convention or something. I just dont know where you can find it though...Well i'm not 100% sure, so dont take my word for it.
