ok so we dont belive in psychics and fortune-tellers
because they can only Accuretly Guess what happens
i.e.
someone sends u a letter
they tell you after it's been sent that your gonna receive a letter

What about our view towards Nostradamus?

I think it is well established that he was a fraud. Most predictions he made were just deliberate misinterpretations and mistranslations.
We don't think anything of him, because the Church has no involvement with him, nor did they know him at the time.
Can seers exist- of course they can. Prophesy is a gift of the Holy Spirit.
