Saint Miracles

I know we have had many discussions about miracles and the ones that happened to us, our family members, our relatives, our friends, our aquaintances and so and so forth, but I don't think we have a thread about miracles that happened to Saints themselves. I think most of us have lately been honoring ourselves way too much and it's time to give the glory to people that deserve as has been said in the Holy Bible that we aren't holy enough, but I feel that we should share things that happened to different saints that were miraculous, such as Simone when the Holy Spirit was revealed to him and told him that he was to see the Lord Christ before he would see death. Please feel free to share your input!

This one is about Anba Pishoy the beloved of our savior. While he would read the Bible he would come up with questions and he didn't have anyone to answer them(back them monasticism was about seclusion) so he would pray and ask God for the answers and he would send him the prophet or whoever wrote the book he was reading and they would tell him the meanings behind these words. I'm also sure we all know the story of how he was soo blessed to be able to carry our savior and wash his feet.

I never knew that about Anba Pishoy, it's truely amazing, thank you for sharing that jydeacon. I love the fact that he got to actually see the prophets that wrote the book so they can explain what they wrote!! I know I'm not the only one that loves the story of how Anba Pishoy got to carry our Savior through the water and got to wash his holy feet, that's just magnificent. I know of the story of St. Christopher and he, I believed carried our Lord when he was a baby up the mountain and Jesus also revealed to him that it was our Lord!!
