Is the Holy Land the landmark/center of the Coptic Church?? If so, why is it so significant?? Are there any saints 'buried' there, and if there is, please verify who??
Egypt itself is the holy land for us copts, The lord chose to come to egypt, he didn't go to anyother land while he was on earth besides that. you won't see many copts really wanting to go and visit Jerusalem

I thought that we weren't allowed to visit Jerusalem, because its under our restrictions from HH, correct me if I'm wrong!!
Did you guys know that in Egypt Akhmeem there are a lot of saints that they found and they have some of their bodies on display and there are still more.
Dear Coptic Servant The reason why we can't go to jerusalem is due to a political reason. If we go to Jerusalem then the muslims in egypt will think that we are traiters and we go to help israel (this isn't true). To prevent this the pope simply forbid us to go there. Anybody who goes there for tourism is strictly prohibited and will result to u not being able to partake of the holy communion.
