Is it possible for me to pray while I'm sitting. I mean I know I could, because I heard it directly coming out of my father of confession's mouth, but I feel so guilty that I can't pray while standing, because I do have back and standing problems, guess my spine doesn't work like it used to!! I just want to know should I pray while I'm sitting, I don't mean during the liturgy, I mean at home the prime and compline!!

    well..i pray my Compline while in bed..and if ur FOC says u can then u can.. or u can start standing till u cant then sit down ... or hold on to sothing while standing

    Once I tried and fell asleep during the Thanksgiving prayer.

    it happened to me once..but that was when i was sleeping at 3 a.m.
