if not we'd not have the hymn of intersessions! and commemoration of the saints, the doxologies or all that!

but we do have it in every liturgy...

but keep in mind that you're not...praying "to" saints...you're praying through them..."through the intercessions of saint...."

You pray to God.... and God only......  you ask for the intercessions of the Saints (as Coptic Cross said) ...... and you can ask as many Saints as you want for their intercessions....... (please corretc me if i am wrong...)
