if u follow this link u'll find Evlogimenos by Ibrahim Ayad and the Chorus, here u can hear the daf well, there's no teryanto though, u could also check Maren ou onh, that one has a clear daf too, hope this helped ;)

here's a word of advise:

learn how to play the triangle first, and then the daff

by the way, the best way to learn the triangle and cymbals is to mess up(and a lot too)
