how to get her to stop being scared of me?

as you have read my posts before about this girl and i were going through issues now we are talking again after 4 months, she is so scared of me cause of the threats i used on her before and the curses i used on her before.we talked about being togther in the future.but she is so scared of me i do not know how to solve this. i really have the best intentions any advice on how to show her im not so scary?
