Weekday liturgy for Lent and bishops

During the weekday liturgies we say Cothis Amen and then nefsenti for the part after the thanksgiving prayer and before the absolution. If there is a bishop present do we still do the same thing or do we do Nisavev tiro. Is there a fast way to do nisavev tiro so that you can go into Empeniot Ettaiot enarshi... and back into cothis?

    After saying kyrialison you say nisavev tiro but note that you say just half of kyrialison not all of it.
