The Christian response would be to "break from people or situations that raise your temper." + "pray for them"?
In any case, if those that make me angry happen to be in a Church, or the place happens to be in a Church, why don't i stop going and just pray from them from the comfort of my living room, or from the comfort of another Church - like the Catholic Church? (in the case where there isnt any other Coptic Church available)???
