WhAt Qualities should a faithful servant of  God have? What verses or chapters in the BIble teach about ministry?

Hi marina,
I'm not sure about specific verses in the bible about ministry, but an excellent book to read is The Spiritual Man by H.H. Pope Shenouda III.  The book itself has many verses in it, and it is a great book. I read it for the Philly competition :)

And I thank Christ Jesus our Lord who has enabled me, because He counted me faithful, putting me into the ministry, (1 Timothy 1:12)

Let no one despise your youth, but be an example to the believers in word, in conduct, in love, in spirit, in faith, in purity...give attention to reading, to exhortation, to doctrine. (1 Timothy 4:12-13)

But you be watchful in all things, endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, fulfill your ministry. (2 Timothy 4:5)
