I Can't Reply on posts

Every time when I try to reply on a post, this message come: The last posting from your IP was less than 60 seconds ago. Please try again later.
But this isn't correct, because the last time I replied on a post was yesterday  ???
Can anyone help me?

when you log in it counts as a post, so you cant post for the first 60 seconds after you log in
