hey baladoos,
I have a book and it's very helpful. It's called "How to Benefit from the Holy Liturgy" by HG. Bishop Mettaous. It's in english translated. The book explains the liturgy and what we do and why. I reccomend it.

There is a book by Fr. Athanasius Iskander called "Understanding the Liturgy". It's available online here:

H.G. Bishop Matteous's book "How to benefit from the holy liturgy" is a good book but however doesn't explain much about the rites and why certain things are done in a certain way during church services. If you go to this website - http://www.saint-mary.net/coptic_faith/ - and scroll down on the left side of the screen, the sixth book down on the left is called "The Spirituality of the rites of the holy liturgy in the Coptic Orthodox Church" by H.G. Bishop Matteous this explains everything from rituals to feasts and fasts. Hope this helps. Pray for me.
