You don't need to be at school to practice and use your talent.
Make every effort to use it and build up a portfolio so that you do not let the talent go to waste and so that it is ready to be used when and if the Lord calls on it.

Think of what interests you, your talent must be something you enjoy, or you will never have the dedication to get good at it. For instance, in my case, i LOVE music, and going off of that, i have learned to play instruments which i now use to play praise and worship at my church :D
